Company

As an independent, family-run business, our company is part of a property tradition rooted in entrepreneurship, rigour and a long-term vision.

Our business is based on the direct management and enhancement of property assets, as well as on supporting owners in the administration and optimisation of their properties. Over the years, we have contributed to the development, construction and management of numerous residential properties, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland and Central Switzerland. This hands-on experience enables us to take a systematic approach to all aspects of property management: tenant administration, technical management, legal oversight and financial optimisation. To ensure the quality of our service, we deliberately limit the number of mandates we accept.
