How do I rent a flat?

The first step in renting a flat is to find a letting advert that takes your fancy, then to contact the letting agency to arrange a viewing. We’ll be delighted to show you round the flat you’re interested in.

The second step is to complete a tenancy application form, which you can download further down this page, and then to send us the various documents required to assess your application. If the landlord approves your application, we will inform you without delay.

In the third step, you can sign the tenancy agreement and return it to the letting agency for countersigning. Upon receipt, we will send you a copy of the tenancy agreement, the date of the move-in inspection and a QR invoice for rent payments by post.

The fourth stage will take place on the day the keys are handed over, when we will carry out the move-in inventory for the new tenant. It is important that you are present during this inventory. You will then be able to point out any issues you deem necessary.

During the fifth and final stage, we will check that we have all the documents required for your tenancy. We will then hand over your keys and wish you all the best as you settle into your new home.
You will find further information on these different stages in our brochure for tenants.

The following documents must be submitted to the management office
